On Friday evening we will spoil you with fresh specialities from our Mosel region (4 course dinner).
You can explore the city of Cochem on Saturday morning (day trip river cruise, hiking incl.
a ferry crossing of the Mosel).
On Saturday afternoon you can test premium wines from the
"Terrassenmosel" in our historic cruciform vault cellar and we will explain the unique wine
cultivation to you (at least 8 persons, otherwise we will serve suitable wines with your dinner).
In the evening we will serve a 5 course speciality dinner to you.

We will prepare and cook a 5-course-menu together in serene "kitchen-party-ambiance" with top wines (and more) from the
Mosel and will enjoy eating the meals at Bettina's festive set table. It's an all-inclusive-event, of course incl. all
recipes for home and an appropriate "Give-Away".
This event can also be booked during Febr.& March for groups with at least 6 persons!
