On a crest between Klotten and Cochem you find the native forest the "Wild and Freizeitpark Klotten - Deer and Leisurepark."

There are many domestic and exotic deer species in largescale paddocks and numerous caroussels and play grounds for the whole family.

The Mosel invites you to boat cruises, waterskiing, fishing and other kinds of watersports.

With pleasure, our ferryman will ferry you across the Mosel to the bird reservoir Pommerner Held, with one of the last three towing ferries, which are still working on the Mosel.

The leisure centre Cochem, located 2 km away from Klotten, offers leisure and sport under one roof.

In addition to the Hallen-Wellen- und Freibad (pools) with "Kinderland", different slides, a waterfall, whirlpool and saunas, peaceful places, a fitness room, tennis courts, mini-golf and much more.

Since the middle of the eighties the master potter is working especially with cristal-glaze. This is a special glaze phenomen, which is only in the interest of some artist, who bring it to top performance.

The glaze creation with clear, powerful vessel, shows all the parts of the fascinating cristal shapes.
